volunteer board members
Jillian - president
Jillian desires first and foremost to help create a more equitable world: through her work, through her activism, through her relationships. This desire is what led her and two friends to put on Wenatchee's first Pride festival in 2017. Jillian loves most in the world her sweet wife and the life they're building--intentional and without apology.
micah - Vice president
Micah is deeply devoted, professionally and personally, to the empowerment of disenfranchised groups and believes that diversity, inclusion and equity are vital to living our values and achieving our authentic self. Micah loves camping, sailing, books and chillin with her wife and 4 furry children.
Tanya - treasurer
Originally hailing from Seattle, Tan has found their home in the dusty, sage-laden, and rolling hills of North Central Washington. As someone who wildly resists the status quo through a quiet demeanor, they aspire to color all aspects of their life with honesty, respect, and integrity. Tan finds joy in being a flawed and curious human with the willingness to lean into discomfort in order to do and be better for themselves, their wife, and their chosen family.
Seeking - secretary
The secretary position of a non-profit organization plays a critical role in fostering communication and diligence through proper management and utilization of important records such as meeting minutes and the organization's bylaws.
ashley - member at large
Ashley is a Midwest transplant with a heart to serve and make the world a better place than she found it. She has a passion for youth, education, and nonviolent social revolutions. Ashley loves hiking, biking, camping, playing softball, Texas Hold'em poker, and spending time with her wife Pam, their 2 furry children and lots of two legged family and friends!
Eddie - member at large
Eddie joined the Wenatchee Pride board in early 2018, and he is so happy to be a part of this community in a diverse and celebrating way. Originally from California, Eddie moved to Washington to find adventure and love...which is he happy to say, he has found both. He has a passion to serve others both professionally and through Wenatchee Pride. He is grateful to call Wenatchee home, and looks forward to working towards equality for all.
philip - member at large
Phillip is committed to making Wenatchee not only a beautiful place to live, but making it a place anyone feels free to call home. Phillip, originally from Ellensburg, moved to the area in late 2016 with his boyfriend Eddie. He is inspired by the change he sees in the growing diversity of this community every day. In his off time, you can find him volunteering in equine therapy, or spending time with his family and friends exploring the beautiful Pacific Northwest.
